Job description

AI QA Lead - Permanent or Contract-to-Hire - paying up to 300 euros per day OR salary of around 40,000 euros.

This person can be based in either Bulgaria, Poland or Spain. They will come from a QA or software engineering background, and have experience of testing GenAI applications, Chatbots, Large language models and or been in and around machine learning or data science teams.

Technical Skills:

AI/ML fundamentals

Software testing expertise - QA fundamental knowledge

AI/ML model testing (accuracy, fairness, bias, robustness)

Test automation (Ex: PyTest, Selenium, Robot Framework)

Programming (Python, Java, R)

AI-specific testing tools (DeepChecks, AI Fairness 360, MLFlow, TFX)

Data testing (data validation, drift detection)

CI/CD & DevOps (Ex: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes)
